Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Invite Studio (“we”, “us”), operated by Invite Studio (placeholder legal entity). By creating or paying for an invitation you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Invite Studio is a digital service. We provide a tool to design a wedding invitation from our templates, publish it at a private web address, and collect guest replies. Nothing physical is made or shipped.

Availability period

A paid invitation stays online for the number of days shown on the plan you chose, counted from the moment payment is confirmed. After that the public link stops showing the invitation, and its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy. Please download your reply list before then. We work to keep invitations available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service.

Your content and photo rights

• You are responsible for the names, dates, photos, music choice and text you add.
• You confirm that you own the photos you upload or have permission from the people in them and from the photographer.
• You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to store it and show it to the people you share the link with, for as long as the invitation is online.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, hateful, obscene, defamatory, misleading or infringing material.
• No content that impersonates someone else or invites people to an event that does not exist.
• No attempts to break, overload or misuse the service, or to read other people’s invitations or replies.

We may remove an invitation that breaks these rules, and will tell you why where the law allows.

Edit link and public link

When you pay, you receive a public link to share and a private edit link. Anyone holding the edit link can change the invitation and read the replies, so keep it safe. If you lose it, use “Lost your edit link?” to receive a single-use link at the email on the order.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and are charged once per invitation through a third-party payment gateway. All sales are final except duplicate payments; see the cancellation and refund policy and the shipping and delivery policy.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned. We are not responsible for guests who do not receive or open a link you share.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kerala (Kerala, India (placeholder address)) have jurisdiction over any dispute.
