Cancellation and refund policy

An invitation is a digital service that is published for you the moment payment succeeds. This policy explains when you can cancel and when money is returned.

Order cancellation

You can cancel any time before payment: simply stop, or leave the checkout page. Designing and previewing an invitation is free, and nothing is charged until you pay. Unpaid drafts are deleted automatically after 30 days.

After payment: all sales are final

Because the invitation is delivered instantly, all sales are final after payment. You can still correct any detail through your private edit link, at no extra cost, for as long as the invitation is online.

The exception: duplicate payment

If you are charged more than once for the same invitation, we refund the extra payment in full. Write to hello@example.com with the order reference or the invitation link and the date of the charge. Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of confirmation and are credited in 5-7 working days to the original payment method (your bank or card issuer controls the final step).

If something is wrong with the service

If a technical fault on our side stops you from using what you paid for, tell us and we will fix it. Where we cannot, we will discuss the right remedy with you.
